Children's Program Led by
The Rose Garden
We are honored to have The Rose Garden, a Muslim urban farm school, lead our Children’s Ramadan Program during Tarawih and lectures this year!
Our family-centered retreat vision facilitates for parents and children to spend most of the day together, whether participating in the programming or enjoying the farm and its activities. However for four hours per day during Tarawih and lectures, our thoughtfully designed children’s program provides a space where young hearts can flourish while parents focus on their worship.
Rooted in hands-on learning, reflective storytelling, journaling, and awe-inspiring outdoor experiences, The Rose Garden nurtures young hearts in a setting where every leaf, breeze, and blossom speaks of Allah’s beauty and majesty.
This year’s theme, “The Quran: A Springtime for My Heart,” beautifully reflects the way Ramadan and spring intertwine. As children explore the farm, they will experience the Quran as a spring for their hearts—walking through fields in bloom, centering themselves through yoga, journaling their reflections, singing with the duff, planting seeds of remembrance, and connecting with the Quran—Allah’s Love Letter—all ever so joyfully, in sha Allah!
